IMPLEMENTATION SCHEDULE-SATNA UNIT

All the critical activities for project implementation can be divided in two categories:

Pre-project Activities (Activities before main machinery order placement)
All the pre-project activities viz. clearances, financial closure, land acquisition, infrastructure development, order placement of main machinery within 12 months of incorporation of JV Company.

Project Activities (Activities after main machinery order placement)
All the project activities till commissioning of the project, shall be completed within 24 months, of completion of ordering of main machinery. The clinker plant is likely to be commissioned by November 2009.
