Construction Phase
During construction phase the total manpower requirement is around 800 people including unskilled persons.

Operation Phase
The total manpower requirement for the plant during operation phase is estimated to be around 191 excluding contract labor required for auxiliary services like loading of cement bags, unloading of stores & miscellaneous materials and general cleaning work and security.
